• Consolidation of parent and subsidiary entities
• Incorporate foreign subsidiary financial statements (provided by in-country accountant)

Subsidiary Entity(s) Compliance

• Preparation of any statutory financial reports (i.e. subsidiary entities)

Payroll

• Secure and confidential payroll processing and reporting
• Superannuation payments and SuperStream reporting

Banking

• Bank account administration (users, authorised signatories, opening / closing accounts, access)

Tax Compliance

• With assistance from Company’s external tax advisors (if required)
• Liaison with taxation advisors and Australian Taxation Office
• Company tax return
• FBT returns
• BAS/GST returns and lodgment
• PAYG reporting and lodgment
• Payment summaries
• ESS reporting

Other

• S295 Attestation annual sign off as chief financial function /audit management representation letters
• Introduction to and liaison with auditors, insurers, bankers, tax advisors, share registry, corporate lawyers (as required)

• Facilitation of any regulatory investigations
• Managing the book building process for capital raisings
